Founding members

What founding membership includes

When an account is granted founding status, it typically receives:

• Lifetime 50% discount on eligible paid plans — applied at Stripe checkout when your account qualifies (founding_discount_lifetime).
• Priority support flag on the account for faster routing on product issues.
• Founding rank — a permanent sequence number (#1, #2, …) based on when status was granted.
• Invite slots — founding members start with 3 referral invite slots for bonus-credit campaigns (see billing FAQ and referral settings in the dashboard).

Founding status is not the same as a normal referral link — it is assigned by CloudyBot operators (admin grant) during beta and early access. Paid plans may still be invite-only; check pricing and request access from Plan & billing after you sign in if checkout is gated.

Public wall

The list below loads from GET /api/stats/founding-members-public. It shows only members who opted in. Everyone else stays private but keeps the same perks.

Visibility choices

Founding members control how they appear (if at all) under Dashboard → Settings → Account → Earn credits:

• Private — default; you are counted in totals but not named on this page.
• Full name — display the name you provide.
• First name + last initial — e.g. “Alex C.”
• Username — a public handle (@name).
• Anonymous — show rank only (“Founding Member #12”).

You can change or revoke listing anytime; updates appear on the next page load.
