These paths are faster than waiting on email for common questions:

- Is the site down? Check status before emailing — we post incidents there.
- Invoices and plan changes: log in → Settings → Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal (update card, download receipts, cancel).
- Security reports: see security for scope, what to include, and how we handle disclosures.
- Privacy or data requests: read privacy first; use privacy@cloudaxis.ai with your account email and what you need (export, correction, deletion).
