Cookie Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how CloudyBot AI (“CloudyBot”, “we”, “us”), operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and services. For broader privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use localStorage and sessionStorage, which are browser storage mechanisms similar in purpose. Together, these help us keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and improve security.
2. How We Use Cookies and Storage
We use cookies and local storage for essential and functional purposes, and—if you opt in via our cookie banner—for analytics that help us understand traffic and product usage. We use Plausible Analytics (cookieless, first-party style page stats) on marketing pages without storing a Plausible cookie on your device. Google Analytics 4 may set analytics cookies only after you click Accept on the banner. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

4. Your Choices
When you first visit CloudyBot, you can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies via our consent banner. Essential cookies (authentication, consent record) are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled while using the Service.
Change your consent: You can update your cookie preferences at any time. This will clear your stored choice and show the consent banner again so you can make a new selection.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential storage may prevent you from logging in or using certain features.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Our payment provider (Stripe) may set cookies when you complete a purchase; those are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. If you accept non-essential cookies, Google LLC may set Google Analytics 4 cookies as described in Google’s documentation. We do not use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies for cross-site tracking.
6. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance.
