Quick answers
How does billing work?
Self-serve plans bill through Stripe (monthly or annual). Open Settings → Manage subscription in the dashboard for the customer portal. Free tier needs no card. Details: billing & plans.
What happens when I hit a limit?
CloudyBot uses hard caps — the related feature pauses (chat, browser, sends, etc.) until your billing period resets, you upgrade, or you spend overflow task credits for AI-only work. No silent overages on most meters. Full list: limits & caps.
Do you train on my data?
No. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models. Each request still goes to LLM subprocessors to generate a reply. Retention and deletion: data & privacy · Privacy Policy.
Where is live pricing?
Pricing page mirrors runtime limits in plans.js. FAQ pages explain behavior; pricing shows current numbers.
Who do I email?
billing@cloudaxis.ai (invoices) · privacy@cloudaxis.ai (data requests) · contact (routing guide).
