Billing & plans

CloudyBot sells predictable plans with hard monthly caps — when you hit a limit, the service pauses until reset or upgrade, not silent overages. Live numbers: pricing page. Metering detail: limits & caps.

Plan tiers (self-serve)

Runtime tiers are Free, Growth, Pro, and Max. Each unlocks more AI credits, browser minutes, Specialists, cron jobs, and features (manual model picker on Pro+, workflow recipes on Growth+, SEO audit pipeline on Max). Enterprise is contact-only — not a self-serve checkout tier.

Older Stripe or database slugs like starter, base, or agency normalize to Growth or Max automatically; your dashboard shows the current name.

Manage subscription

In the dashboard: Settings → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can update payment methods, download receipts, switch plans where offered, or cancel renewal.

One-time products

The SEO Audit Pack (seo-audit-pack) is a separate one-time purchase — three full audit runs within seven days — not a monthly subscription. Pro and Max subscribers also receive included audit runs per billing period; see pricing for counts.

Referrals and bonus credits

Referral links (/?ref= eight-character code) attribute signups to your account. When rewards are enabled, successful referrals grant bonus task credits to the overflow wallet — the same pool used after monthly AI credits are exhausted or for credit-pack top-ups. Dashboard: Settings → Account → Invite friends.

Common questions

Where do I change plans?

Use Settings → Manage subscription in the dashboard, or start checkout from pricing. Upgrades usually apply immediately; downgrades follow Stripe portal rules.

Is billing handled securely?

Yes. Card payments run through Stripe. CloudyBot stores subscription metadata, not your full card number.

What if checkout is blocked?

Some environments enable a beta gate that blocks self-serve checkout — request access from the dashboard prompt or contact support.
