Airtable skill
Read, update, and summarize Airtable tables once your workspace has API access turned on—helpful for light CRM and content ops.
If Airtable is not listed in your dashboard yet, contact us to enable it.
How to enable
- Confirm with support that Airtable is enabled for your org.
- When available, add your Airtable personal access token or integration credential under Settings → Credentials and share the base with the identity your admin documented.
What you can ask
Copy a line below and tune names, channels, or file titles to match your workspace.
- “Add a row to my 'Content calendar' base for next Tuesday: idea, status Draft, owner me.”
- “Find every record in 'Bugs' with severity High and no owner.”
- “Summarize signups per week for the last 8 weeks from the 'Customers' table.”
- “Update the row for record {id} in 'Deals' to set Stage to Closed Won.”
- “Compare my open tasks in Airtable to what I said in chat and flag mismatches.”
Common pitfalls
- Field types must match—attachments and complex fields may need manual steps.
- Rate limits apply for large sync jobs—batch requests.
