File management skill

Keep projects tidy: new folders, bulk moves, trees, and cleanup with guardrails.

How to enable

1. Ensure files live in your CloudyBot workspace.
2. Enable file-management capabilities on the worker.

What you can ask

Copy a line below and tune names, channels, or file titles to match your workspace.

• “Move every CSV from Incoming to Processed and prefix filenames with today's date.”
• “Make a folder structure for a new project called Atlas with subfolders for notes, assets, drafts.”
• “Show me the folder tree for Projects/Atlas up to depth 3.”
• “List any files larger than 5MB in my workspace.”
• “List files in Temp older than 30 days—don't delete until I confirm.”

Common pitfalls

• Destructive ops should always be confirm-first.
• Paths are case-sensitive.
