Notion skill
Connect Notion so your assistant can search your workspace, read pages, create or update content, and query databases—without you copying text in and out of chat.
Works with your existing Notion permissions. You choose what to share with the integration.
How to enable
- Open the dashboard → Settings and connect Notion (or add your connection in the credentials area if your workspace uses that flow).
- Share the pages and databases CloudyBot should access.
- Start a chat thread and ask for a simple search or read to confirm access.
What you can ask
Copy a line below and tune names, channels, or file titles to match your workspace.
- “Find every page in my Notion tagged 'Q3 roadmap' and summarize the top 5 priorities into a digest.”
- “Create a new Notion page called 'Weekly review — this Monday' under my Notes database with sections for Wins, Blockers, Next.”
- “Query the 'Customers' database for rows where Stage = Trial and Created > last week, and paste the result into this thread.”
- “Read the page at this Notion URL and turn it into a tweet thread.”
- “Every Monday at 8am, pull all my open tasks from Notion, group by project, and send me the digest.”
Common pitfalls
- If something 404s, the page or database is probably not shared with the integration.
- Complex Notion layouts and unsupported block types may not round-trip perfectly—ask for a simpler structure if needed.
