Outlook (Microsoft 365) skill
When enabled, you can triage mail, draft replies, and request calendar help in natural language. Microsoft 365 access is provisioned by the CloudyBot team—not a one-click self-serve wizard for every tenant.
How to enable
- Ask our team to enable Outlook / Microsoft 365 for your workspace if you do not already see it in Settings.
- After we confirm enablement, complete any connection steps shown in Settings and attach the skill to the Specialist or thread that should use it.
What you can ask
Copy a line below and tune names, channels, or file titles to match your workspace.
- “Read my last 20 emails and group them into: needs reply, FYI, can ignore.”
- “Draft a reply to the most recent email from {name} declining politely.”
- “Find any email mentioning 'invoice' from the last 30 days and list the senders and amounts.”
- “Schedule a 30-min meeting with {name} for tomorrow afternoon.”
- “Every weekday at 7am, give me a digest of overnight emails grouped by sender.”
Common pitfalls
- Org policies and MFA can block access until IT approves the app.
- Drafts are drafts—review before sending.
