Outlook (Microsoft 365) skill

When enabled, you can triage mail, draft replies, and request calendar help in natural language. Microsoft 365 access is provisioned by the CloudyBot team—not a one-click self-serve wizard for every tenant.

How to enable

  1. Ask our team to enable Outlook / Microsoft 365 for your workspace if you do not already see it in Settings.
  2. After we confirm enablement, complete any connection steps shown in Settings and attach the skill to the Specialist or thread that should use it.
