Your AI workforce, at a glance
The new Team view transforms your list of specialists into a multi-column board. Each specialist has their own lane, and their scheduled duties (cron jobs) are represented as cards. This layout provides immediate visibility into who is doing what, when they last ran, and whether they are currently active.
Inline editing and quick actions
No more digging through settings menus. Every task card on the board is interactive. You can now:
- Edit in place: Click any card to tweak the prompt, reschedule the cron expression, or change the target timezone.
- Run now: Trigger a manual run of any duty with a single click.
- Pause/Resume: Toggle duties on or off without leaving the board.
Drag-and-drop reassignment
Need to move a task from your Researcher to your Analyst? Just drag the card across columns. CloudyBot handles the backend plumbing—updating the owner, re-linking the thread context, and ensuring the task's tools (skills) stay intact. Chained workflows even survive the move, so your pipelines keep flowing seamlessly.
Mobile-friendly management
We've optimized the board for smaller screens too. On mobile, you'll find a sleek agent-chip switcher at the top. Tap a specialist to see their specific tasks in a vertical stack. Instead of dragging, use the "Move" action sheet to reassign tasks with a single tap.
Visibility for chained workflows
Chained tasks—where one duty triggers another upon success—now feature clear visual badges. You can see exactly which task runs next and where it sits in your team's pipeline. This makes complex, multi-agent workflows much easier to debug and refine.
