Secure Business AI

Secure AI Assistant for Business.
Your Data Stays Private. Always.

Most AI tools use your conversations to improve their models. For casual use, that's acceptable. For business — internal docs, customer data, proprietary workflows, legal communications — it's a liability. CloudyBot is built from the ground up as a secure AI assistant for business: no training on your data, configurable retention, live browser transparency, and hard usage caps.

The Security Problem with Consumer AI Tools

Teams are already using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for work tasks. But here's what most organizations miss: consumer-tier AI products typically include data-for-training clauses in their terms of service, unless you pay for enterprise tiers or explicitly opt out.

The real-world impact: proprietary product roadmaps shared in chat. Customer data pasted in for analysis. Legal correspondence sent for summarization. All potentially ingested into model training pipelines.

CloudyBot has a different model. We process your data to deliver the service. Full stop. We do not use it to train models. This isn't hidden in footnotes — it's our core commitment, auditable via our Privacy Policy.

🛡️
CloudyBot's Security Guarantees:
  • No Model Training: Your conversations are never used to train AI models — ours or third-party providers'
  • Isolated File Workspace: Files are stored in a private, user-isolated environment with ownership verification before every access
  • Configurable Retention: Control how long conversation history is stored. Delete at any time.
  • Live browser transparency: Watch automation in real time; pause, steer, or take over the session when you need to — no black-box browsing
  • Content Moderation: All inputs are checked before processing. Abuse prevention is built-in, not bolted on.
  • Hard Usage Caps: Token and browser usage are metered and capped. No unlimited open-ended API calls on your account.

What "Secure AI" Actually Means in Practice

Security for AI tools operates at multiple layers. Here's how CloudyBot addresses each one:

Data Ingestion Security

When you upload a file or paste content into CloudyBot, it enters a controlled processing pipeline. The content is used to answer your query, then managed according to your retention settings. It does not leave this pipeline to improve any model. Our underlying LLM providers (accessed via API, not fine-tuning endpoints) receive only the necessary context for each request.

Browser Automation Security

The cloud browser is perhaps the most sensitive surface in any AI automation tool. When an AI drives a browser on your behalf, it has access to whatever you give it access to: logged-in sessions, sensitive portals, internal systems.

CloudyBot addresses this with three controls:

Authentication and Access Control

CloudyBot uses industry-standard authentication: email/password with bcrypt hashing, bearer token sessions, and no shared credentials between users. Each account has its own isolated workspace — files, conversation history, and browser sessions are never accessible to other users.

CloudyBot for Privacy and Compliance

CloudyBot is operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC, a U.S. company. We design the product around sensible data practices: minimization, access control, configurable retention, and clear documentation — whether you are subject to U.S. state privacy laws, sector expectations, or your own internal policies.

📋

Data Minimization

CloudyBot processes only what's needed for your request. No bulk storage of conversation content for model improvement purposes.

🗑️

Delete Your Data

Users can delete their conversation history and uploaded files at any time. Retention is configurable — not locked to platform defaults.

📍

Data Flow Transparency

We document what data is processed, which subprocessors may receive it, and for how long. Our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page are written for review, not just legal cover.

🔐

Access Control

User-level isolation means each account's data is private. No cross-contamination between users, teams, or accounts.

Secure AI Use Cases for Business

Here's where businesses use CloudyBot as their secure AI layer:

  1. Internal document Q&A — Upload SOPs, policies, onboarding materials. Ask questions. Get answers without sending sensitive docs to public chatbots. Files stay in your private workspace.
  2. Competitive research — Use the cloud browser to research competitors, gather pricing data, analyze positioning. Watch the session live and step in when you need to. Results summarized and kept in your session.
  3. LinkedIn outreach — AI drafts personalized messages based on profile research. You review and approve before anything is sent. No credentials leave the session.
  4. Report generation — Paste sensitive data (revenue, customer counts, HR metrics) for summarization and report drafting. Not used for training. Deleted when you're done.
  5. Legal and compliance drafts — Use AI for first drafts of contracts, compliance summaries, policy documents. With no training on your data, the information stays confidential.

Hosted vs. Self-Hosted: Which Is More Secure?

Many organizations assume self-hosted AI is inherently more secure because they control the infrastructure. This is true — but the full picture is more nuanced.

VS

Self-Hosted AI

  • Requires dedicated DevOps/security capacity
  • Patching and updates are your responsibility
  • Security depends on your team's expertise
  • Model access requires API keys to manage
  • Uptime and availability are your problem

CloudyBot (Hosted)

  • No infrastructure to secure or patch
  • Security handled by CloudyBot team
  • No data training — contractual guarantee
  • User-isolated workspaces and sessions
  • Managed uptime and availability

For teams without dedicated security capacity, a well-managed hosted solution can actually provide better security outcomes than a poorly-maintained self-hosted deployment. The key is choosing a provider with clear, auditable policies — which is exactly what we've built.

Security is not a feature we sell. It's a constraint we design around.

CloudyBot was built for businesses where data privacy matters. That means no model training clauses, no ambiguous terms, and transparent browser sessions with hard usage caps. If you have specific compliance requirements, contact us to discuss.

Common Questions About Business AI Security

Does CloudyBot train on my conversations?

No. We do not use your conversations, uploaded files, or web browsing activity to train AI models — ours or our providers'. This is documented in our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to deliver the service you've requested.

Where is my data stored?

CloudyBot is operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC, a U.S. company. We use industry-standard cloud hosting and subprocessors; data may be processed in the United States or in other locations where those providers operate (for example, infrastructure or AI inference regions). Details are in our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page. If you have specific residency or contractual requirements, contact us.

What happens to uploaded files?

Files uploaded to CloudyBot are stored in your private, user-isolated workspace. They are accessible only to your account. When you delete a file, it is removed from the workspace. Files are never shared between users and are not used for model training.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete conversation history and uploaded files at any time from your dashboard. You can also close your account, which triggers deletion of your data per our retention policy. Contact info@cloudybot.ai for account deletion requests.

Is the cloud browser activity logged?

Browser session activity is maintained for the duration of your session to enable the live view and AI coordination. Sessions are isolated per user. We do not retain browsing activity for advertising, profiling, or training purposes.

How do I stay in control of browser automation?

You get a live view of the cloud browser as the AI works. You can pause, redirect, log in yourself when a site requires it, or take over the session. You decide what runs on your account — there is no hidden automation outside what you can see.
